Freelance Junior Indirect Buyer

Freelance Junior Indirect Buyer Support indirect procurement activities across General Services categories (HR, Marketing, IT, Travel, Professional Services). Manage operational procurement tasks: purchase requests, invoice resolution, vendor management, reporting, and contract activities. Run tenders, support contract renewals/extensions, and negotiate supplier agreements. Partner with stakeholders to ensure early procurement involvement in projects and smooth implementation of global initiatives. Contribute to cost optimization by identifying savings opportunities and driving efficiency in the procurement cycle. Freelance Junior Indirect Buyer University degree with at least 5 years of experience in procurement (tactical and operational). Strong skills in negotiation, supplier management, and contract handling. Fluent in English and Dutch; French is highly preferred. Strong analytical abilities and good knowledge of procurement tools (experience with Coupa is a plus). Ability to work autonomously in an international and complex environment, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
