Het bedrijf Jouw functie Als Operations Manager maak je deel uit van het lokale Management Team en ben je mede hét gezicht van Plukon Moeskroen. Je bent niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operaties, maar je werkt ook actief mee aan strategische beslissingen die de toekomst van de site vormgeven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor productieplanning en organisatie, en optimaliseert personeels- en machine-inzet om maximale efficiëntie te garanderen. Je waarborgt de naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen, stimuleert continue verbetering en procesoptimalisatie, en bouwt een sterk en gemotiveerd team door te coachen, evalueren en opleidingsbehoeften te identificeren. Je vertaalt de operationele strategie in concrete actieplannen en stuurt je team aan om deze efficiënt uit te voeren. Je ontwikkelt en implementeert procesverbeteringen en innovaties, inclusief het stapsgewijs uitrollen van een LEAN-cultuur binnen de organisatie. Je hebt een scherp oog voor kostenbeheersing en budgetoptimalisatie en werkt nauw samen met ondersteunende afdelingen zoals Finance, HR en Quality. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het bevorderen van samenwerking tussen afdelingen en draagt actief bij aan een positieve sociale dialoog. Jouw profiel Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring en hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een productieomgeving. Ervaring in de voedingssector is een sterke troef. Je bent een geboren leider en weet teams te motiveren, coachen en ontwikkelen, met een focus op resultaatgericht werken. Je hebt een sterke kennis van productieprocessen, planning, budgetbeheer en LEAN-methodologieën. Je bent communicatief sterk, zowel intern als extern, en kunt constructief samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen en stakeholders. Je hebt een pragmatische instelling, houdt van korte beslissingslijnen en weet structuur te brengen in een dynamische omgeving. Je beheerst het Frans & Nederlands uitstekend, verder converseer je goed in het Engels.
