Odoo Consultant

Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a dynamic Odoo Consultant to join our growing ERP & Digital Transformation team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with clients across industries to design, configure, and deliver Odoo-based solutions that transform how businesses operate. You’ll work side by side with clients and colleagues—bridging business needs and technology—to unlock efficiency, agility, and growth.This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative team, where you’ll drive projects, contribute to business development, and continuously grow your expertise.Engage with clients to understand business processes, challenges, and transformation goals.Design and configure Odoo solutions that address finance, supply chain, CRM, HR, or other business domains.Lead workshops and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.Collaborate closely with technical developers, functional consultants, and client teams to deliver seamless ERP implementations.Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, integration, and process optimization.Support business development activities through proposals, demos, and thought leadership.Coach and mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.Requirements5–10 years of professional experience, with a strong track record in ERP consulting and at least 3+ years of hands-on Odoo experience.Proven ability to deliver end-to-end Odoo implementations (functional configuration, testing, training, and support).Strong understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, sales, or HR.Experience working in a consulting environment, ideally within a Big 4 or top-tier consultancy.Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills, able to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.A collaborative mindset, with experience working in cross-functional teams.Fluency in English (Dutch and/or French a strong plus).Odoo certification(s).Experience with system integration, data migration, and customization projects.Exposure to broader ERP landscapes and digital transformation programs.Interest in emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud) and their role in ERP evolution.BenefitsThe chance to shape innovative ERP solutions for leading organizations.A collaborative team culture where your ideas are valued, and your growth is supported.Access to world class training programs, certifications, and career development opportunities.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Opportunities to work on diverse, high-impact projects across industries and geographies.Requirements.
