Your Journey with us Ben je gepassioneerd door mensen in organisaties en voer je graag gevarieerde HR-opdrachten uit met voorkeur bij verschillende (autonome) overheidsbedrijven in de ruime omgeving van Brussel. Dan bij jij de persoon die we zoeken om ons HRO team te versterken. Je wordt ingeschakeld in de dagdagelijkse werking van de HR afdeling en maakt deel uit van het HR team bij de klant. Je draait volwaardig mee in het team en brengt toegevoegde waarde vanuit je eigen expertise en opgebouwde ervaring. Je waarborgt continuïteit in de werking van het HR departement bij de klant en bouwt een sterke band op met je collega’s en stakeholders. Je wordt ingezet op een grote variëteit aan projecten, gaande van generalistische opdrachten tot projecten die meer gericht op een specifiek HR domein (bv. Payroll of HR admin). Als HR Consultant werk je aan uiteenlopende opdrachten bij diverse opdrachtgevers in de publieke sector. Je positioneert Deloitte als business partner en werkt mee aan de groei van het HRO team. Let's talk about you We zoeken een energieke HR professional die zich herkent in onderstaand profiel: Je combineert een Bachelor diploma met minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring als HR professional binnen een overheidsorganisatie binnen een overheidsorganisatie (bv. federale of regionale overheidsinstanties, regionale besturen, autonome overheidsbedrijven of Europese organisaties). Daarnaast wil je je verder verdiepen in de trends van deze industrie en word je een echte ‘go to person’ op gebied van de werking van publieke organisaties. Je hebt sterke administratieve vaardigheden en hebt praktische ervaring met het gebruik van één of meerdere HR-tools en/of HR informatiesystemen. Ervaring als HR Officer of payroll is een plus. Je werkt je vlot in een nieuwe omgeving. Je werkt met nodige integriteit en hanteert een hoge mate van vertrouwelijkheid. Je bouwt vlot authentieke relaties op vanuit je expertise en persoonlijkheid. Je weet je vloeiend uit te drukken in het Nederlandsen Engels en hebt een goede kennis Frans.
