In deze functie neem jij de leiding over een team van een 25-tal medewerkers. Samen met jouw team zorg je ervoor dat de geplande producten op tijd en in de juiste volumes worden geproduceerd.
Jouw takenpakket:
- je bent het aanspreekpunt voor productie;
- je volgt de planning op, die wordt aangestuurd via het ERP-pakket, en bepaalt de prioriteiten;
- je staat in voor het aansturen, opvolgen, coachen en evalueren van operatoren en magazijniers;
- je staat in voor het opvolgen van tijdsregistraties, verlofaanvragen, aanwezigheden, ...;
- je waakt over en volgt de kwaliteit en de productiviteit op;
- je verleent technische ondersteuning bij defecten aan machines, in overleg met de technical coördinator;
- je zorgt voor algemene orde en netheid in de afdeling (6S);
- je denkt mee om het proces te optimaliseren en doet verbetervoorstellen.
Vereisten
- je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd, bij voorkeur Bachelor;
- je hebt minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring als leidinggevende;
- je hebt ervaring in of affiniteit binnen de metaalsector;
- je hebt een goede kennis van PC-toepassingen en het MS Office pakket;
- je bent kritisch ingesteld met het oog op het verbeteren van processen en werkmethodes. Je werkt proactief aan innovatieve oplossingen;
- je weet anderen te overtuigen en in beweging te brengen. Je maakt het verschil door jouw heldere en krachtige communicatie;
- je beschikt over sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en weet jouw team aan te sturen en te motiveren;
- je kan beslissingen nemen en brengt plannen efficiënt in de praktijk;
- je kan snel schakelen en weet prioriteiten te stellen;
- je streeft naar een hoge graad van afwerking en hebt oog voor detail;
- je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Franse kennis is een meerwaarde;
- je bent bereid in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
