Incident Handling Specialist

FunctieomschrijvingAls incidentanalist ben jij de detective van het transportproces. Je onderzoekt incidenten bij zendingen van Life Science-klanten, analyseert de oorzaak en stelt oplossingen voor die toekomstige problemen helpen voorkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, interne afdelingen zoals warehouse, customer service en sales, én collega’s uit andere landen. Je takenpakket: Onderzoeken van incidenten bij transportzendingen, vooral voor farmaceutische klanten. Verzamelen en analyseren van informatie om oorzaken te achterhalen en oplossingen te formuleren. Regelmatig overleg met klanten via calls en fysieke meetings. Samenwerken met interne teams en internationale collega’s. Opstellen van rapporten die gedeeld worden met en goedgekeurd worden door de klant. Opvolgen van Correctieve & Preventieve Acties (CAPA) inclusief documentatie, risicoanalyses en audits. Ondersteunen van de QEHS Manager en Team Leader bij procedures, documentbeheer en kwaliteitsprojecten. Kennismaken met diverse logistieke domeinen zoals Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Road Transport en GDP. Functie-eisen Je hebt administratieve ervaring, bij voorkeur in de logistieke sector. Je hebt een kwaliteitsgerichte mindset, neemt initiatief en hebt oog voor detail. Je bent analytisch sterk en leergierig. Je communiceert vlot en hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Engels. Nederlands is een plus, maar geen vereiste. Je bent vertrouwd met Word en Excel. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een vast contract van onbepaalde duur.
