Dan hebben we goed nieuws: onze klant is op zoek naar een enthousiaste collega om het team te versterkenAls Logistics Service Coordinator zorg jij ervoor dat alles op wieltjes loopt voor onze klanten. Jij bent hun vaste aanspreekpunt en volgt elk dossier nauwgezet op. Dankzij jouw inspanningen verlopen onze logistieke processen niet alleen efficiënt, maar ook met een glimlach — zowel voor de klant als voor jouw collega’s. Concreet: Je beheert de volledige logistieke dossiers van A tot Z in ons ERP-systeem, tot ze klaar zijn voor facturatie. Je stelt transport-, bevrachtings- en douanedocumenten op en volgt die nauwgezet op. Je houdt de klant proactief op de hoogte over de stand van zaken en beantwoordt hun vragen vlot en professioneel. Je werkt nauw samen met onze interne diensten én met de salesafdeling. Je regelt optionele verzekeringen via onze makelaar wanneer nodig. Functie-eisen Je hebt een diploma Logistiek Management of gelijkwaardige ervaring in expeditie (import/export), met minstens 5 jaar op de teller. Basiskennis van douaneformaliteiten is een must. Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels. Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk, en blijft rustig onder druk. Je bent administratief sterk en leert snel werken met verschillende ERP-systemen. Kennis van Navitrans is mooi meegenomen.
