En tant que Leader Circulaire (Repair-Buyback-Rent), vous serez chargé de mettre en œuvre, au niveau local, la stratégie nationale de circularité de Decathlon. En vous appuyant sur les directives et les outils fournis par le siège, vous adapterez et déployez les initiatives de réparation, de réutilisation et de location dans votre Hub Circulaire. Votre rôle sera essentiel pour garantir que les objectifs nationaux se traduisent par des actions concrètes et efficaces sur le terrain.
Vos missions principales :
Mise en œuvre locale de la stratégie : Appliquer les directives nationales en matière de circularité dans votre Hub Circulaire, en veillant à ce que les initiatives de réparation, de réutilisation et de location soient mises en œuvre de manière cohérente et efficace.Gestion d'équipe et formation : Diriger et accompagner une équipe dédiée à la circularité, en assurant qu'ils disposent des compétences nécessaires pour appliquer les bonnes pratiques et atteindre les objectifs fixés. Vous serez également responsable de la formation continue des collaborateurs sur les services circulaires.
Excellence opérationnelle : Assurer la qualité et l'efficacité des services de réparation, de réutilisation et de location, en suivant les processus établis au niveau national et en adaptant les opérations aux spécificités locales.
Expérience client : Garantir une expérience client de haute qualité en matière de circularité, en veillant à ce que les services proposés répondent aux attentes et aux besoins des clients de manière durable et innovante.
Suivi des performances : Monitorer les indicateurs clés de performance définis au niveau national, et assurer le reporting régulier des résultats à votre équipe.
Collaboration avec les parties prenantes : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes nationales et les autres Hub Circulaires pour partager les bonnes pratiques, relever les défis communs et contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus circulaires.Jobprofiel
Expérience en gestion opérationnelle : solide expérience en gestion opérationnelle, avec une capacité prouvée à superviser et optimiser les processus quotidiens pour assurer une efficacité maximale et atteindre les objectifs organisationnels.
Capacité à exécuter une stratégie nationale au niveau local, en faisant preuve de rigueur et d'adaptabilité.
Leadership naturel : vous savez motiver et guider une équipe pour atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.
Sens aigu du service client : vous mettez un point d'honneur à offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle, tout en promouvant des pratiques durables.
Compétences en communication : vous êtes capable de transmettre efficacement les directives nationales et de former votre équipe.

Un salaire brut conforme au marché, basé sur l'expérience et les responsabilités.
Une prime variable jusqu'à un maximum de 10% de votre salaire brut, en fonction des résultats mensuels.
Remboursement des trajets domicile-travail, y compris 0,24 € par kilomètre si vous venez en vélo.
Avantages supplémentaires :Des chèques-repas de 8 € par jour travaillé.
