Make your mark for patientsWe are looking for a Launch Quality Lead who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and solution-driven to join our CMC Quality team, based at our UCB campus located in Braine-l'Alleud, Wallonia, Belgium.About the roleYou will be the Quality representative for global pharmaceutical and biological product launches. You’re going to coordinate quality activities across functions, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and readiness for market entry. You will act as a key partner in launch preparation and execution, driving alignment and transparency across the Quality organization.Who you will work withYou will collaborate with a wide network of stakeholders across Global Quality Assurance (including Pharmacovigilance, Internal and external Manufacturing) as well as Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain. You’re going to be the bridge between Quality and cross-functional teams, ensuring end-to-end visibility and alignment throughout the launch lifecycle.What you will doYou will lead all quality-related activities to enable product launch readiness.You will be responsible for aligning Quality functions across the launch process.You will manage risk identification, escalation, and mitigation planning.You will support launch change controls and act as a subject matter expert.You will track progress of quality deliverables and ensure timely execution.You will contribute to Managed Access Programs for early patient access.Interested?For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:You hold a Master’s degree in science, engineering, or pharmacy.You have 10+ years of experience in a Quality organization, ideally in launch or release.You demonstrate strong knowledge of GMP, and regulatory requirements.You are fluent in English and skilled in cross-functional communication.You bring excellent project management and organizational capabilities.You are confident presenting to executive audiences and navigating complex systems.Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
