En tant que Team Leader KYC, vous supervisez une équipe de 12 spécialistes qui jouent un rôle clé dans la gestion des risques de conformité. Votre mission principale ? Garantir le respect des réglementations KYC/KYI tout en optimisant les processus et en encadrant votre équipe avec dynamisme et leadership.

Vos responsabilités

  • Piloter l'activité KYC : garantir la conformité, la qualité et le respect des délais
  • Encadrer et motiver votre équipe : coaching, suivi et montée en compétences
  • Optimiser les processus : mettre en place des plans d'amélioration et assurer leur suivi
  • Coordonner avec la Compliance : collaboration étroite pour une gestion optimale des risques
  • Gérer la charge de travail : assigner les tâches selon les expertises de chacun
  • Participer aux comités et groupes de travail pour partager les meilleures pratiques
Profil
  • Expérience confirmée en KYC / conformité dans le secteur financier
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en people management
  • Leadership naturel, extraverti(e) et orienté(e) solutions
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination
  • Bilingue FR/NL (B2 minimum)
