OmschrijvingJe maakt kennis met het leven als bedrijfsjurist. Door jouw juridische bijstand ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen van de bank en de relatiebeheerders, en help je mee aan de verdere uitbouw van onze activiteiten Public & Social Banking in lijn met onze filosofie “Meaningful and Inspiring for Belgian Society Together”.De job in een notendop Je ondersteunt de verantwoordelijken voor juridische ondersteuning binnen Legal Public & Social Banking. Je belangrijkste taak is juridische adviesverlening op vlak van administratief en publiekrecht (wetgeving overheidsopdrachten, regels over organisatie en bevoegdheid van instellingen,…) in dossiers van klanten van de publieke (gemeenten, OCMW’s,…) en sociale (scholen, ziekenhuizen,…) sector, desnoods deelneming aan één of meerdere projecten , en de wettelijke en reglementaire evoluties opvolgen. Je team bestaat uit bedrijfsjusristen en juridisch adviseurs en jouw rol hierin is dit team te versterken en ondersteunen tijdens de stage. Je komt ook in contact met andere afdelingen waarmee nauw samengewerkt wordt. Een typische werkdag bestaat uit deelname aan (conference) calls en meetings (intern en extern), voorbereiden van adviezen, nota’s of typedocumenten en opleidingen/presentaties, verrichten van juridische opzoekingen, enz Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden: Die binnenkort een diploma Master in de Rechten of een master in de economie, recht en bedrijfskunde zal behalen met bepaalde interesse in administratief en publiekrecht.
