It’s an opportunity to be part of something special.About the Role:As a Supply Planner, you will be the critical link between our local business and the supply hub, ensuring On-Time-In-Full deliveries to meet sales targets and optimizing inventory levels to support working capital goals. You’ll collaborate across functions to manage product launches, mitigate supply risks, and drive continuous improvement.Our Offer in Belgium: 38 days of paid holidays.Remote work with flexible on-site presence.International career development opportunities.Attractive pension and health insurance plans.Apple mobile phone and subscription.Company car plan.Eco/meal vouchers and more.Ideal Candidate Profile:Minimum 1 year of experience in supply or demand planning.Prior experience in theFMCG sectoris highly valued.Fluent in French or Dutch, plus English.Strong collaboration skills and proactive mindset.Familiarity with tools like Power BI is a plus.Your day to day:Proactively report out-of-stock risks and drive mitigation plans.Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, and Artworks teams.Monitor distribution flows and support warehouse operations.Manage slow-movers and obsoletes (SLOBs) and country-specific provisions.Support new product introductions (NPIs) and pack changes.Maintain product master data and planning parameters.Ensure SOX compliance and perform inventory controls.Own QSC P&L on inventory management, provisions, and inbound freight.Adopt new tools and practices to improve decision-making efficiency.Care to join us.
