You will demonstrate our systems, train clinical users, customize configurations, and guide healthcare professionals in maximizing the value of new features and workflows.Your mission is to boost product awareness, drive preference, and accelerate clinical adoption while developing strong, lasting relationships with customers that fuel long-term business growth in the region.You’ll focus primarily on Ultrasound but will also support our broader Samsung Healthcare portfolio, including Digital Radiography (DR) and Healthcare IT solutions.Your responsibilitiesDeliver impactful product demonstrations and provide expert guidance during the pre-sales processAct as a trusted clinical advisor for both customers and the sales teamPromote and train on new product features and clinical applications to drive adoptionOrganize and lead training sessions, workshops, webinars, and clinical eventsRepresent Samsung at trade shows, congresses, symposia, and hands-on training coursesBuild strong relationships with key opinion leaders and other clinical stakeholdersMaintain ongoing contact with users to ensure optimal system performanceMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new commercial opportunitiesCollaborate on marketing content creation (e.g., whitepapers, success stories, customer testimonials)Provide feedback to product management for continuous product improvementSkills and QualificationsYour skills and qualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Ultrasound or a related fieldSolid clinical background and hands-on experience with ultrasound applicationsProven experience as a Clinical Application SpecialistExpertise in Radiology, OB/GYN and/or Cardiology, in both public and private sectorsStrong commercial awareness—experience in sales or marketing is a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with stakeholdersAnalytical and strategic thinking to identify trends and translate insights into actionsWillingness to travel frequently across Belgium and Luxembourg (and occasionally to the Netherlands)Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is essentialYour competenciesCustomer-focused and results-orientedTeam player with a proactive, hands-on mindsetOrganized and capable of managing multiple prioritiesDriven by action, with a can-do attitudeAbout usOur story begins in 1969, when Samsung saw the light of day with the ambition to help people achieve the impossible.
