FunctieomschrijvingBen jij een technisch talent met ervaring in automatisering en PLC-programmering? Als Automation Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het programmeren van productielijnen, machines en robotica, waarbij je zorgt voor optimale prestaties en efficiëntie. Ben jij de expert die we zoeken om onze technische systemen te verbeteren? Dan nodigen we je uit om te solliciteren Jouw takenpakket als PLC-programmeur: Projectplanning: elektrische schema's en lay-outs analyseren om een gedetailleerd projectplan op te stellen dat je werkzaamheden efficiënt stuurt. Softwareontwikkeling: systemen programmeren zoals PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), HMI (Human Machine Interface) of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition). Modulaire opbouw: besturingen modulair opbouwen met standaardblokken voor efficiënt beheer en onderhoud van de software. Testen: interne tests uitvoeren om ervoor te zorgen dat alles werkt volgens de specificaties. On-site ondersteuning: locaties bezoeken waar machines of productielijnen zijn geïnstalleerd, de inbedrijfstelling verzorgen en eventuele problemen ter plaatse oplossen. Onderhoud en probleemoplossing: programma's en handleidingen analyseren om storingen of problemen met bestaande machines en PLC-besturingen te verhelpen. Functie-eisen Als Automation Engineer bezit je volgende vaardigheden: Een uitstekende kennis van motoren, industriële elektriciteit, elektrische componenten en besturingssystemen. Elektrische schema's gemakkelijk lezen en begrijpen. Ervaring met mechanica, hydraulica of pneumatiek is een plus. Ervaring in de machinebouw wordt gewaardeerd. Kennis van softwareprogramma's zoals Siemens S7, Tia Portal, Beckhoff, Rockwell, HMI, Scada Software, Siemens WinCC en Eplan. Nauwkeurigheid, zelfstandigheid, flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden zijn essentieel.
