Als Customer & Market Insights Coordinator bij Q8 verzamel, vertaal en verspreid jij klant- en marktdata zodat onze marketing- en commerciële teams elke dag slimmer kunnen werken. Van dashboards tot trendanalyses; jij zorgt dat de cijfers helder zijn en écht gebruikt worden.Met jouw nieuwsgierigheid en analytisch vermogen ondersteun je teams en maak je data tastbaar, overzichtelijk en bruikbaar. Jouw grootste uitdagingOperationeel coördineren en toegankelijk maken van klant- en marktinzichten in een snel veranderende omgeving. Jij zorgt dat inzichten niet alleen verzameld worden, maar ook direct waarde toevoegen in campagnes, proposities en commerciële beslissingen. Je rol is veelzijdig en impactvol waarbij jij:Data verzamelt en rapporteert: je ondersteunt de collectie en consolidatie van klant- en marktdata uit interne en externe bronnen, en houdt dashboards (bijv. PowerBI) actueel.Trends en gedrag signaleert: je monitort klant- en shoppertrends, en rapporteert relevante ontwikkelingen aan marketing en sales.Feedback organiseert: je verzamelt input uit winkels, customer care en app-gebruik en zet dit om in bruikbare inzichten.Samenwerkt en uitvoert: je coördineert Voice of the Customer-surveys en werkt nauw samen met o.a. CVP leads en campagnemanagers.Inzichten vertaalbaar maakt: je helpt data om te zetten in duidelijke, actiegerichte samenvattingen voor interne stakeholders.Data-gedreven werken stimuleert: je deelt tools, best practices en standaarden binnen het team. Dit ben jijJe bent analytisch sterk, maar ook pragmatisch: je vertaalt cijfers en trends naar verhalen die iedereen begrijpt.Daarnaast:Heb je ervaring met data management & modellering (Excel, PowerBI, databases) en het opzetten van dashboards.Beschik je over sterke analytische vaardigheden én een proactieve, consultatieve aanpak.Heb je een masterdiploma in een relevante richting.Ben je klantgericht, met oog voor detail én impact.Communiceer je helder en kan je inzichten presenteren aan collega’s en management.Heb je projectmanagementskills en weet je structuur te brengen. Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat onze inzichten niet alleen netjes in dashboards staan, maar ook écht verschil maken in de praktijk.
