The Company’s evolution to its leading brand needs consistency to market, and therefore it is paramount to standardise data, processes and management information. The roleWe are looking for Azure Cloud Engineers to join the MSC Infrastructure Team who are well-versed in infrastructure engineering and its practices. Our developers want to play champions league, so your role will be to make sure these top applications will be running on the cloud, as well as IoT applications and third party vendors.We seek engineers who don’t settle for "just making it work" but are driven to deliver high quality infrastructure suggestions because our software is used worldwide, making quality a top priority.We believe cloud engineering is a collaborative effort. We’re not looking for individual hero developers, but team players who thrive in a team environment. Ideal candidates share knowledge, continuously learn, actively collaborate, and take ownership as part of a team.Qualifications and experienceDesign, implement, and maintain robust Azure cloud infrastructure solutions that are scalable, secure, and reliable. Continuously monitor system performance, identifying opportunities to optimize resource usage and costs. Automate operational processes and deployments through scripting using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and similar tools, enhancing efficiency and standardization. Oversee daily IT infrastructure maintenance in accordance with company policies, including software, server, and network equipment installation and configuration.Manage backups, security, and redundancy measures, and devise disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity. Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, providing expert third-line support, while escalating incidents to management as necessary. Collaborate closely with development teams and third-party providers to address operational challenges, coordinate activities, and maintain high service standards.Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and share best practices within the team. Actively contribute to continuous improvement by staying abreast of emerging technologies and proposing enhancements to existing setups and procedures. Foster a cooperative team environment, respond promptly to user inquiries, and participate in stand-by duty to ensure business stability. Report directly to the Infrastructure Team Leader.Technical: Required ·Good general Microsoft Azure knowledge (minimum AZ-104) ·Powershell scripting ·Azure DevOps YAML pipelines ·Cloud native Azure components (ServiceBus, AKS, …) ·Windows Server and Redhat Linux ·Active Directory and Entra ID ·Virtualization concepts: Hyper-V, VM ·Networking concepts (Azure/LAN/WAN) ·Citrix concepts ·Load balancing concepts Technical: Preferred  ·ServiceNow  ·DataDog  ·Azure DevOps boards  ·.NET frameworks  ·SQL Server  ·ITSM processes What do we offer you?The opportunity to be part of our MSC Family where a family atmosphere is combined with a professional approach and a no-nonsense mentality Your team of experienced colleagues will immediately immerse you in our culture and guide you through your position.
