Pour l'un de nos clients, nous recherchons activement un Senior Plant Controller Ad Interim (H/F/X).

Il s'agit d'une mission de type intérim management.

Notre client est une société industrielle internationale produisant des composants de pointe et est située dans le Hainaut.

Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vos responsabilités en tant que Senior Plant Controller ad intérim sont les suivantes :

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le plant manager et le CFO Benelux pour apporter de la stabilité sur site
    • Mise en œuvre d'actions destinées à reprendre le contrôle sur les coûts de fonctionnement du site
    • Calcul, analyse et contrôle des marges sur les produits
    • Analyse du processus de production, de marges, calcul full cost model
    • Gestion des intercompany et transfert pricing
    • Proposition de nouveaux processus destinés à faciliter et optimiser la récolte des données
      • Soutenir le Plant Manager dans l'amélioration des processus

Les qualifications pour cette fonction de Senior Business Controller Manager Ad Interim sont les suivantes :

  • Vous êtes indépendant / interim manager et disposez d'une expérience en tant que Plant Controller/Industrial controller dans un environnement de production
  • Vous maîtrisez MS Excel et disposez d'une expérience en ERP, la connaissance de SAP S/4HANA est un atout
  • Profil recherché orienté End to end process
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais
  • Vous êtes autonome, pragmatique, opérationnel et sociable
  • Vous êtes orienté résultat et amélioration continue
  • Vous êtes disponible immédiatement en temps plein pour une durée de 6 mois minimum
