Votre mission: 

  • Contrôle d'accès et screening des visiteurs : Assurer un contrôle d'accès rigoureux, y compris la vérification des identités et le screening des visiteurs pour garantir la sécurité des lieux.
  • X-ray Screening : Obtenez la formation la plus complète dans le secteur et contrôlez les biens pour détecter tout objet suspect.
  • Vigilance, assistance et support : Sécuriser les lieux, fournir des services et une assistance aux personnes, détecter les anomalies et prévenir les incidents.
  • Contrôle des véhicules et des personnes : Effectuer des inspections minutieuses des véhicules et des personnes entrant et sortant des installations.
  • Fouilles par détecteur et palpations : Utiliser des détecteurs de métaux et procéder à des palpations de sécurité conformément aux procédures établies.
  • Accueil et information : Gérer l'accueil des visiteurs, fournir des informations pertinentes et effectuer de petites tâches administratives telles que la gestion des badges et l'enregistrement des visiteurs.
  • Surveillance armée : Assurer une présence armée sur le site pour dissuader et réagir efficacement en cas de menace.
  • Rondes de sécurité : Effectuer des rondes régulières pour vérifier l'intégrité des installations, identifier les vulnérabilités et assurer une réponse rapide aux incidents.
  • Protection de personnes : Offrir une protection rapprochée aux personnes à risque, en veillant à leur sécurité et à leur tranquillité d'esprit.
  • Surveillance vidéo : Monitorer les systèmes de surveillance vidéo pour détecter et signaler toute activité suspecte ou non autorisée.
  • Autres tâches connexes : Participer à diverses tâches de sécurité additionnelles selon les besoins et les directives spécifiques de l'employeur et du client.
Qualifications
  • Expérience confirmée : Vous disposez de 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du gardiennage, idéalement en milieu diplomatique ou dans des environnements sensibles.
  • Compétences linguistiques : La maîtrise de l'allemand et l'anglais est indispensable. La connaissance d'autres langues sera un atout supplémentaire.
  • Rigueur et sang-froid : Vous savez gérer des situations sous haute pression avec calme et professionnalisme.
  • Flexibilité : Vous êtes prêt à vous adapter à des horaires variables pour répondre aux besoins de la mission.
