Functie

Voor een van onze klanten, in de verzekeringssector, zijn wij op zoek naar een AP Accountant.

  • Interim met uitzicht op een vast contract
  • 1000 Brussel

Als AP Accountant zullen uw taken zijn:

  • Controleren, scannen, afstemmen en boeken van leveranciersfacturen in SAP.
  • Correct toepassen van boekhoud- en fiscale regelgeving bij factuurverwerking.
  • Beheren van goedkeuringsworkflows tot aan betaling of oplossing van geschillen.
  • Voorbereiden, controleren en uitvoeren van betalingen aan leveranciers.
  • Analyseren en corrigeren van leveranciersrekeningen indien nodig.
  • Opvolgen en beheren van aanmaningen van leveranciers.
  • Samenwerken met interne afdelingen om het "purchase to pay"-proces soepel te laten verlopen.
Profiel
  • Bachelor in accountancy.
  • Ervaring in leveranciersboekhouding binnen een accounts payable-afdeling.
  • Verplichte kennis van ERP SAP4H.
  • Vaardigheid om afwijkingen te detecteren en processen te verbeteren.
  • Nauwkeurig, precies en efficiënt bij hoge volumes.
  • Flexibel, veranderingsgericht en een teamspeler.
  • Goede kennis van zowel Frans als Nederlands.
