The Finance Business Partner based in Brussels, will have a transverse view over the activities of the organization. The main responsibilities gather: Coordinate and monitor multi-year budgets and financial reporting for Senior Management Provide tools and insights to help leadership understand cost and revenue structures. Conduct periodic financial analyses across various domains and summarize findings for internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the preparation, validation, and analysis of operational budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans. Carry out ad hoc financial studies, including profitability analyses, benchmarks, and business case assessments. Develop and refine financial procedures and tools to improve departmental efficiency. Support reporting and analysis linked to a public service contract The ideal Finance Business Partner for this cross functional role gathers a certain experience: Holds a Master's degree in Finance or equivalent through experience, with at least 5 years in a financial role. Strong understanding of general accounting and attention to detail. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to maintain a strategic overview. Self-driven and proactive, while also being a collaborative team player. Proficient in French and Dutch; English is a plus. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is a strong asset. Able to communicate financial concepts clearly and contribute to process improvements.
