Job Description If so, we have exactly what You need As a Business Manager you'll have versatile tasks that keep you challenged on a day-to-day basis :  Sales development: You will contribute to the development of our agency in Bruxelles. You will define your sales strategy, and prospect, develop, and retain your customer portfolio. You will meet customers and define their needs. Recruitment of consultants: You will take part in the recruitment of experts (consultants) in line with our core activities and your projects. You will be responsible for conducting telephone, personal, and remote interviews, as well as drawing up job offers. Management: You will manage your teams of consultants, organize annual interviews, and support them in their career development. You are a graduate of a Business School or a Master in Sales or Sales Engineering and have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Developer or similar position You are a result-oriented person , with a fondness for challenges. You have strong interpersonal skills and a tenacity that will enable you to successfully complete your assignments and work as part of a team. You are know for your fluent English skills ( C1 minimum). Dutch would be a real asset  Our positions are open to recognized as disabled workers.
