International Admin Project Coordinator

As the Administration / Project Coordinator, you can expect the following tasks:
- Organize and follow-up international meetings
- Prepare meeting materials for the project managers (PowerPoints, documents, etc.)
- Taking minutes and create necessary documentation (letter templates, meeting notes reports, etc.)
- Provide support in managing third parties relationships
- Travel arrangements (preparation visas, hotels, transport, logistics, etc.)
- Follow-up of invoices & orders
- Support with event organization (meetings, trainings, networking events, etc.)
- 2-3 years' experience in an administrative role
- Professional proficiency in French & English (both written & spoken)
- Ability to multitask, work autonomously but also be a strong team member
- Good competences with MSOffice (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational skills
- Motivation & eagerness to learn and to develop things
- Open-mindedness & interest to work with a multicultural team & project
- Professional attitude, maturity & discipline
- Good time management, eye for detail and adaptability
