Accounting Controller (h/f/x) – Bruxelles – MSF Belgique
CONTEXTE
Au sein de MSF OCB (Centre Opérationnel de Bruxelles), le Département des Finances collabore et s'associe avec différents départements et unités à travers l'OCB et d'autres sections. De cette manière, nous voulons offrir une expertise qui promeut et soutient la mission sociale de MSF pour l'avenir.
Au sein du Département des Finances, l'unité des Field Accounting Controllers (FAC) contrôle les comptes des missions et leur consolidation dans notre système comptable au siège.
Sous la supervision du Field Accounting coordinator (FAC), vous êtes, en tant qu'Accounting Controller, le point de contact des missions pour toutes les questions relatives à la comptabilité. Vous assurez au siège la qualité de la comptabilité des missions et sa conformité aux politiques et procédures comptables de MSF OCB afin de garantir la disponibilité et la fiabilité des coûts réels. Vous pouvez également fournir un support technique sur les logiciels comptables en complément de l'assistance informatique MSF.
Nous recherchons actuellement deux Accounting Controllers .
REPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES
Comptabilité
Effectuer la consolidation des clôtures comptables des missions dans le logiciel comptable du siège et gérer les écarts de soldes Vérifier les clôtures comptables mensuelles des missions en collectant la documentation de clôture requise et en contrôlant la conformité des comptes de bilan et des dépenses Suivre les délais de clôture mensuelle des missions et encourager des actions correctives en cas de retard Réconcilier le transferts, refacturations et remboursements entre le siège et les missions et/ou autres sections Agir comme premier point de contact pour les problèmes comptables des missions Assumer le rôle d'Accounting Manager pour les projets/missions avec une configuration financière non standard et effectuer les clôtures mensuelles dans le logiciel comptable du siège Servir de point focal pour les audits externes au siège et fournir les documents demandés. Assurer la mise en œuvre des recommandations d'audit au niveau des missions Assurer un bon archivage des pièces comptables au niveau des missions et la disponibilité des scans des pièces comptables au siègeFinance
Allouer les dépenses aux contrats de financement des donateurs Participer aux formations en gestion comptable/financière en tant que formateur Participer aux séances d'information et de débriefing des expatriés ayant des profils financiers Participer au recrutement des Accounting Managers dans les missions Visiter les projets pour fournir un soutien selon les termes de référence convenus Possibilité de s'engager dans des missions temporaires pour combler les lacunes (détachements)PREREQUIS
Education & Experience
Titulaire d'un diplôme en comptabilité ou en économie obligatoire Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans des fonctions similaires Expérience avec MSF sur le terrain en tant que responsable financier est un atout majeur Expérience en formation/transfert de connaissances est un atoutCompétences
