En quoi consiste votre tâche ?
En tant que Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist chez emeis , vous êtes en charge de la sélection et du recrutement des nouveaux talents pour le siège et les résidences. Vos tâches et responsabilités principales• Vous analysez le cadre général de la politique de recrutement en prêtant attention à toutes les composantes du cycle de vie de l'employé : recrutement, on-boarding, rétention, employer branding,...
• Vous êtes responsable du processus de recrutement complet, en assurant également des tâches opérationnelles.
• Vous jouez un rôle proactif en traduisant la stratégie de recrutement en action concrètes. Et vous tenez compte des évolutions et réalités du marché afin d'anticiper les besoins de manière adéquate.
• Vous accompagnez et stimulez la direction et les directeurs régionaux des centres de soins résidentiels dans l'identification des profils requis, en concertation avec les HR Business Partners.
• Vous êtes chargé d'attirer des candidats adéquats par le biais de différents canaux. Pour ce faire, vous élaborez un processus de recrutement optimal et construisez un réseau pertinent d'écoles, d'universités et d'autres partenaires potentiels.
• Vous sortez des sentiers battus pour attirer les meilleurs talents par le biais de stratégies alternatives.
• Vous élaborez un programme d'on-boarding afin d'accueillir correctement les nouveaux employés au sein de l'entreprise.
• Vous collaborerez avec l'équipe de communication à traduire la stratégie de marque de l'employeur afin de développer des campagnes de recrutement de talents qui ont de l'impact.
Quelles sont vos capacités ?
Nous recherchons une personne motivée, qui est orientée vers les autres et qui a soif d'apprendre et partager ses connaissances. Et vous possédez également les atouts suivants :• Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master ou d'une expérience équivalente et possédez minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine du recrutement et de la sélection en entreprise.
• Vous avez idéalement une expérience dans le recrutement de métiers en pénurie.
• Vous avez de l'expérience ou une affinité particulière avec le secteur des soins de santé ou d'autres secteurs de services pertinents.
• Vous parlez et écrivez couramment le néerlandais et le français.
• Vous avez une connaissance approfondie du marché, des fournisseurs et des développements technologiques dans le domaine de l'acquisition de talents.
• Vous avez une expérience probante en matière d'optimisation des processus en entreprise.
• Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'élaboration d'une stratégie d'une politique performante d'acquisition des talents.
• Vous êtes assertif et n'avez pas peur de défier et de conseiller le Hiring Manager et les HR Business Partners si nécessaire.
• Vous êtes orienté résultat et l'atteinte des objectifs est un réel drive pour vous.
• Vous êtes proactif, assertif, vous avez le sens de l'initiative et un excellent esprit d'équipe. Si vous vous reconnaissez dans les compétences ci-dessus, vous pourrez certainement être notre nouveau Directeur Régional ?
