HV Lead

Overview PM Group are seeking an experienced HV Lead to join our Data Center project in Mons Belgium.  Responsibilities Lead design, installation, and commissioning of high voltage electrical systems (11kV-33kV)Manage HV substation integration and utility connections for data center power feedsCoordinate with utility providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders on power delivery schedulesEnsure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and data center industry requirementsOversee testing, commissioning, and energization of HV equipment and switchgearManage HV project budgets, timelines, and resource allocationConduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols for HV work activitiesProvide technical guidance to electrical teams and review HV design documentationInterface with client representatives and regulatory authorities on HV matters Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualificationMinimum 8+ years experience in high voltage electrical systems (11kV-132kV)Proven track record leading HV projects in data centers, industrial facilities, or critical infrastructureProfessional engineering license or equivalent certification preferredStrong knowledge of HV equipment: transformers, switchgear, protection systems, cablesExperience with utility interconnections and grid connection processesUnderstanding of data center power architecture and redundancy requirementsExcellent project management and leadership capabilitiesD&IInclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
