In het AI&Analytics Solutions-team willen we ervoor zorgen dat we slimme besluitvorming (menselijke augmentatie of geautomatiseerd) op de voorgrond brengen in onze processen/trajecten door een data- en experimenteercultuur op te bouwen die uiteindelijk een concurrentievoordeel kan worden in de snel veranderende wereld van vandaag.

Als lid van het AI&Analytics Solutions-team streef je ernaar oplossingen uit te werken aan de hand van technologieën op het vlak van Analytics en AI (ML). Onder toezicht van de team tech lead zorg je voor de coaching en technische begeleiding van de data scientists op alle niveaus van de evolutie van hun technische vaardigheden. Je speelt een grote rol bij de vormgeving en het behoud van het AWS accounts-team. Je geeft ondersteuning bij de industrialisering van modellen en de toepassing ervan in de productie; hierbij pas je de best practices toe die de evolutie van code- en modelleringstechnieken (MLOps) mogelijk maken.
Als AWS Engineer:
fungeer je als mentor en zorg je voor de groei van junior en mid-level teamleden; verstrek je voortdurend technische informatie om nieuwe kaders, middelen of oplossingen te onderzoeken en te testen; verbeter je het innovatie- en experimenteertempo door het gebruik van de ML-infrastructuur (AWS) in te voeren en te verbeteren; werk je machine learning-modellen uit om te voldoen aan verschillende externe en interne controlevereisten (modelinventaris, model explainability, monitoring van modelprestaties en beheer van de model-levenscyclus); zorg je voor monitoring- en waarschuwingssystemen om snel knelpunten in de prestaties en systeemanomalieën op te sporen en aan te pakken; Kortom, je past de MLOps-principes doorheen de end-to-end-pipeline toe. Jouw ProfielAls AWS engineer beschik je over:
Minstens twee jaar ervaring een masterdiploma in engineering of IT; een grondige en praktische kennis van MLOps; praktische ervaring met Python en AWS-diensten; kennis van AWS Sagemaker, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, AWS Step Functions … ervaring met de ontwikkeling van production-grade end-to-end-oplossingen; noties van machine learning, statistiek en optimalisering; Kennis van het Frans en/of het Nederlands en zeer goede kennis van het Engels.Je bent ook:
Resultaatgerichte, pragmatische engineer die zich gestaag toespitst op het creëren van een positieve business-impact; gebrand om te leren on the job en te profiteren van de ervaring van je collega's; in staat om problemen te identificeren en ze proactief op te lossen; uitstekende documentatievaardigheden; teamplayer.
