Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame relaties met klanten in diverse sectoren (keukens, gevels, meubelindustrie, zwembaden). Nieuwe opportuniteiten spotten en omzetten in commerciële samenwerkingen. Meedenken met klanten over technische en creatieve oplossingen op maat. Onderhandelen over prijzen en voorwaarden en het proces tot levering begeleiden. Marktontwikkelingen opvolgen en je inzichten delen met het management. Samenwerken met collega's om producten en processen te verbeteren. Bachelor- of masterdiploma (commercieel, bouwkundig of design-gerelateerd) of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Een eerste ervaring in B2B-sales is een plus, maar zeker geen must. Je hebt de ambitie om je te ontwikkelen en later een team aan te sturen. Communicatief sterk en klantgericht, met overtuigingskracht en een neus voor kansen. Vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een troef. Een rol op lange termijn met doorgroeimogelijkheden richting people management. Begeleiding en opleidingen om je carrière verder uit te bouwen.
