Als projectleider beheer je het portfolio en sta je in voor het operationeel management van projecten in het team. Daarnaast leid je ook enkele van de complexe projecten zelf.

Wat ga jij doen

Als coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel management van projecten in het team: planning, opvolging (dagelijkse leiding), interne en externe rapportering en communicatie. Je zit hiertoe ook een aantal overkoepelende meetings voor of maakt er als afgevaardigde deel van uit. Je beheert het projectportfolio van het team en staat in die zin ook in voor gatekeeping en resources planning. De projecten betreffen installaties van complexe toestellen in onze cleanroom en labo's. Je neemt zelf ook de leiding van enkele van dee complexe installaties. Hiervoor coördineer je deze installaties van concept tot oplevering en dit binnen de vooropgestelde scope, termijn en budget. Je stuurt de huisaannemers aan en bewaakt de Hookup installatierichtlijnen op de werkvloer. Heb je de projecten helemaal onder de knie, dan verwerf je een aantal overkoepelende verantwoordelijkheden, deze kunnen gaan van optimalisatie en change projecten tot projecten gerelateerd aan contractormanagement.

Wie ben jij

Je hebt een Master diploma industriële wetenschappen of engineering. Je hebt ruime ervaring met projectmanagement en/of portfoliomanagement en taakgerichte aansturing. Je hebt ervaring met veilig werken (methodiek voor RA, LMRA, vergunningen) en aansturen van aannemers.  Je motiveert, stimuleert, faciliteert en ondersteunt de projectteamleden bij het realiseren van de projectdoelstellingen. Je doet beroep op eigen expertise vooral om teamleden en projectactiviteiten te verbinden, en in mindere mate om leemtes in het expertisespectrum binnen het project in te vullen of om activiteiten die kritisch zijn voor het projectresultaat op te nemen.  Je rapporteert helder en correct en onderscheidt vlot hoofdzaken van bijzaken. Je combineert een diplomatische aanpak met een gezonde portie assertiviteit.  Je neemt passend impact in teamoverkoepelende meetings.  Je bent pro-actief en initieert acties wanneer dat nodig is. Je bent niet bang om direct actie te ondernemen. Je kunt zonder supervisie of begeleiding werken, initiatief nemen en bent in staat om je eigen werk te plannen en te organiseren  Je bent enthousiast en gedreven. Je spreekt vlot Engels.
