Dutch-speaking Customer Delight Specialist | Lisbon, Portugal (with €2,500 signing Bonus) Are you passionate about helping customers succeed and creating memorable experiences? Join our international Customer Delight team in Lisbon, where you’ll represent one of the world’s most recognizable companies in the digital advertising industry. In this role, you’ll support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels (phone, email, chat), helping them grow online while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer journey. What You’ll Do Deliver customer service excellence by assisting SMB clients with their advertising and digital tools.Provide pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.Troubleshoot issues, identify trends, and offer tailored solutions.Share valuable customer feedback and insights with the product and engineering teams.Expand and support the self-serve advertising base to improve customer experience and business growth. What’s On Offer €2,500 signing Bonus to help you settle in Lisbon.Relocation assistance and the chance to have accommodation included.A full-time, 40-hour/week contract with rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday, 6:00–00:00).Competitive salary plus holiday and Christmas bonuses (monthly installments on top of your base pay).22 days of annual leave + compensation days for working on Portuguese public holidays.Comprehensive training and ongoing development opportunities.Work in a multicultural, dynamic team environment in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.
