Voor onze afdeling Digital Competence Center (DCC) ,die verantwoordelijk is voor de ontwikkeling en onderhoud van alles watDocument Management te maken heeft binnen de P&V Group 10:48:12, zijn we op zoek naar een Business Analyst die hetDCC Team komt versterken en als link met de eindgebruikers fungeert.
De Business Analyst werkt nauw samen met de Product Owner ende Solution Architect om oplossingen te ontwikkelen die debedrijfsdoelstellingen zoveel mogelijk ondersteunen. Hij/zij vertaalt dezakelijke behoeften in user stories in Jira. Hij/zij ondersteunt de DeliveryTeam collega's bij de technische ontwikkeling waar nodig. Samen met de ProductOwner en de testcoördinator is hij/zij verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit ensuccesvolle implementatie van het opgeleverde product.
De belangrijkste projecten in 2024 en 2025 is het uitfaserenvan verouderde toepassingen en het opzetten van nieuwe technologie. De business analyst wordt van bij het begin betrokkentijdens de inceptie om de USM en roadmap mee vorm te geven.
Bovendien lopen er enkele proefprojecten om AI teimplementeren in bestaande processen.
Je taken
- Analyses uitvoeren, de behoeften van het bedrijfvastleggen, begrijpen, analyseren en ter discussie stellen.
- Workshops organiseren met alle belanghebbenden om dezebehoeften te identificeren.
- Samen met de Product Owner de Agile in de teams brengen.
- Deze zakelijke behoeften vertalen naar IT (de user storiesen functionele ontwerpen).
- Verandering faciliteren, met name door teams te informerenen te ondersteunen bij de implementatie van oplossingen.
- Samenwerken met collega's, zorgen voor continuïteit binnende beheerafdeling en bewaken van terugkerende opdrachten.
Je profiel
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Ervaring en kennis van Document-management is eenpluspunt.
- Ervaring in een functie gerelateerd aan procesanalyse,testanalyse, projectmanagement of Agile methodologie is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels;kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
- Je bent ruimdenkend, creatief, enthousiast, proactief,hebt een gezonde, assertieve persoonlijkheid en bent zelfstandig. En je benteen teamspeler - één team, één doel
