Here’s what you need to know Your mission   Sell executive education programmes to companies to equip their leaders with the mind- and skillset to tackle strategic business challenges. Grow revenue by upselling clients and acquiring new ones, first in Benelux, France, Germany, and then beyond. Coordinate the work of learning designers, professors, innovation consultants, facilitators and admin colleagues to create and pitch impactful learning journeys. Build a network of decision-makers to acquire the latest trends and position Vlerick in target international markets. Build bridges with Vlerick’s other business units and the broader ecosystem (alums, partners, etc.) to generate new opportunities for the school. You Have a solid track record in building relationships with CXOs and selling them consultancy and services - a relevant network in Europe would be ideal. Have a genuine interest in learning and development and business education (finance, leadership, marketing/sales, operations, strategy and technology). Are a creative thinker and deep listener. You communicate fluently in English, and ideally in Dutch or German. Are flexible and autonomous to operate with a lot of freedom and autonomy. Want to work on our beautiful Brussels, Ghent and/or Leuven campuses, in combination with visiting clients and using your home office.
