We value candidates who are proactive, adaptable, and passionate about creating a positive impact. **Responsibilities** - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance. - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on best practices. - Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners and universities. - Promote GSK’s employer brand through innovative campaigns and events. - Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes. **Qualifications/Skills** **Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with recruitment tools and systems (e.g., Workday). **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience in campus recruitment or early talent programs. - Knowledge of the Belgian labor market and recruitment trends. - Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. - Creative mindset to develop innovative attraction strategies. - Experience working in a matrix organization. **Work Location:** This role is based in Belgium and will require on-site presence.
