Stage - Front Office - Start zomer 2024 in Gent Zijn wij op zoek naar een Stage - Front Office - Start zomer 2024 Over ons Pillows Hotels is een prachtige collectie hotels in Nederland en België, met de ambitie om nieuwe locaties te realiseren in alle grotere Europese steden. Bij Pillows draait alles om onze gasten. Vanaf binnenkomst, leggen we ze volledig in de watten. Wij geloven dat tijd het kostbaarste is wat we hebben, daarom zorgen we dat ieder moment bijzonder is voor al onze gasten. Monumentale panden met een verhaal, op zes perfect gelegen locaties in Nederland en België. De hotels zijn ingericht als een elegant woonhuis met een eigentijds en tijdloos design en een ingetogen luxe uitstraling. Jouw rol als receptionist(e) ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een unieke gastbeleving en het welzijn van onze gasten. Je verzorgt het welkom, de check- in en -out van de gasten. Met jouw oog voor detail zorg je voor een perfecte ambiance. Jouw oprechte gastfocus zorgt ervoor dat de gasten zich thuis voelen. Je geeft pro-actief advies over de mogelijkheden in het hotel en de interessante bezienswaardigheden in de directe omgeving. Als lid van het allround team combineer je jouw Front Office taken met Back Office administratie en waar nodig serveer je een drankje. De shifts zijn van 07.00 tot 15.00 uur of van 15.00 tot 23.00 uur, je hebt een wisselend rooster waarbij je ook af en toe weekenddiensten draait.
