Voor een groeiende firma in de regio van Brugge zijn we op zoek naar een Support Engineer

Je maakt deel uit van een internationaal aftersales- en service team; Je werkt samen met een wereldwijd team om de technische helpdesk te bemannen; Je werkt vanop afstand samen met de klant of Field engineer on site om de machines optimaal te laten functioneren; De focus ligt op PLC-software; Je biedt ter plaatse ondersteuning aan onze Field engineers op gebied van PLC software; Je toont ook je bereidheid om praktisch bij te dragen op mechanisch en elektrisch vlak; Je fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen het veld en interne teams; Je diagnosticeer problemen op locatie; Je brengt deze intern onder de aandacht; Je werkt in overleg met R&D aan oplossingen.

Vereisten

Wie ben jij?

Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor of Master Elektromechanica; Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring; Je bent bereid om internationaal te reizen, dit 1/3 van je tijd. Dit in periodes van een midweek tot drie weken; Je bent een bruggenbouwer; Je durft aan de kar te trekken, je neemt je verantwoordelijkheden op; Je bent klantgericht; Je slaagt erin om de klanten op een correcte en volledige manier te behelpen; Kennis van Beckhoff TwinCat 3 is een pluspunt; Nederlands, Engels en Frans hebben geen geheimen voor u.
