Talent Acquisition Specialist
Jouw functie
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het gehele wervingsproces voor onze white collars en kaderleden Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze externe partner die verantwoordelijk is voor de werving en selectie van de blue collar profielen Je werkt samen met hiringmanagers en het lokale HR-team om vacature aanvragen te verwerken en functiebeschrijvingen op te maken Je plaatst vacatures, zoekt kandidaten, voert een eerste screening uit, plant sollicitatiegesprekken in en volgt deze verder op Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor kandidaten gedurende het hele proces Je werkt samen met het lokale managementteam om de personeelsbezetting op te volgen en coördineert met uitzendbureaus om tijdelijke vacatures in te vullen Je organiseert en neemt deel aan jobbeurzen en lokale netwerkevents. Je bouwt zo aan relaties met lokale partners Je bent verantwoordelijk om CV Warehouse steeds up-to-date te houden Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van het huidige personeel door middel van Talent Management doelstellingenProfiel

Een bachelor heeft in HR of een verwant vakgebied 3+ jaar ervaring binnen werving en selectie, bij voorkeur binnen een productieomgeving Uitstekende communicatieve skills heeft Gemakkelijk relaties opbouwt en graag in teamverband werkt Kennis heeft van best practices op gebied van werving en selectie Ervaring met AT systemen voor sollicitanten Uitstekende beoordelings- en interviewvaardigheden Mogelijkheid om te werken in een veelvragende, snelle omgeving Zelfstandig te werk gaat Ervaring heeft met Microsoft Teams, Excel en Outlook Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreektAanbod
