You will work within a multi-talented squad of digital marketing consultants, creative stategists and data experts and lead growth marketing programs and digital campaigns on a national and international scale. You'll create innovative marketing strategies in diverse sectors, both in B2B and B2C markets. Responsibilities Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns on behalf of enterprise clients Develop and execute successful marketing strategies, translating these into a media mix and planning Support the sales teams with pre-sales activities and work on pitches for new clients Assuring the successful completion of all marketing projects, balancing time, cost and scope Participate in team meetings, strategy sessions and other collaborative efforts to generate ideas Review and analyse the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments for optimization Coach and mentor junior team members Continuously seek improvement in digital marketing strategies, staying updated with latest marketing trends and technologies Requirements At least 5 years of experience in a digital marketing position, ideally with agency experience with a proven track record of projects Strong hands-on experience with multiple Digital Marketing domains: digital advertising, conversion rate optimization, marketing automation, SEO and growth marketing Ample hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns in paid search, display and social A strategic and problem-solving mindset, being able to guide clients in their digital marketing roadmap and goals Good understanding of how web technologies, especially in the context of live testing, analytics and search engine optimization A coaching mentality, being able to motivate teams to deliver outstanding work for our customers Strong communication skills to present digital strategies and performance results to c-level stakeholders in a comprehensible and narrative way Fluent in Dutch and/or French with fluency in English also required Nice to have Experience with Programmatic advertising and CDP/DMP solutions is considered a plus We Offer Private healthcare insurance (DKV) free for all household Pension plan (AG disability, death and pension) Daily restaurant tickets 7 face value Eco-cheques Joint Commitee gross bonus EOY premium Simple and double holiday pay Commuting to work- costs reimbursement OR Company Car + energy card IT equipment: e.g. laptop + mobile subscription Annual salary review Great learning and development opportunities, including in-house professional training, career advisory and coaching, sponsored professional certifications, well-being programs, LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much more Certain benefits and perks may be subject to eligibility requirements About EPAM EPAM is a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and development services.
