Als IT infrastructuur-officer voer je de toegewezen IT infrastructuur-projectplannen uit conform de geldende specificaties en policies en draag je bij in het verbeteren van de IT-infrastructuur inzake performantie, security en optimalisatie. Je bent dus verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt en effectief beheer van de infrastructuur-omgevingen Zeebrugge en Kallo.

Je rappoorteert aan de IT-Infrastructuur Manager en geeft sturing aan interne (alle business units) en externe (leveranciers, klanten) medewerkers:

Projectmanagement

  • Bijstaan in het opstellen van infrastructuurprojecten + deze aftoetsen aan de IT-strategie, de IT-procedures en de standaarden.
  • Bijdragen aan de behoefteanalyse van IT infrastructuur gerelateerde projecten. Dit samenbrengen in een CRQ (change request) document. Meewerken aan de implementatie.
  • Bijstaan en opvolgen van extern uitbestede projecten.
  • Opvolgen van effectiviteit en efficiëntie van de projectresultaten.

Infrastructuur modelling

  • In kaart brengen, analyseren en evalueren van de infrastructuur componenten (netwerk + systemen).
  • Beheer van de verschillende servers en systemen in samenspraak met de externe partners.

Overzicht en cross-business

  • Beheren van de IT infrastructuur project portefeuille. Rapporteren aan de business, de IT Infrastructuur manager en de IT-manager vanuit een project management tool.
  • Via monitoring, proactief identificeren van afwijkingen en uitwerken van voorstellen tot bijsturing. Aanreiken van verbeteringsprojecten aan de business en de IT manager.
  • Beheren van het incident-, problem- and change management, deze prioritiseren en opvolgen tot finalisatie (in samenwerking met de Service Desk voor infrastructuur)

Rapportering en administratie

  • Wekelijks rapporteren aan de IT infrastructuur manager, IT en de business units (waar relevant).
  • Beheren van de IT-service cataloog (= overzicht van alle mogelijke infrastructuur diensten die IT kan leveren aan ICO).
  • Opvolgen van alle administratie van de projecten (projectfiches, business cases, SLA's, OLA's, contracten, raamovereenkomsten, aankopen, budgetten, licenties, …).

Management

  • Feedback verlenen naar de IT-infrastructuur manager van verkregen taken.
  • Begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers in hun trainingsproces.

Technische competenties

  • Ervaring in eerdere IT infrastructuur job(s) is een vereiste.
  • Voeling met IT infrastructuur evoluties.
  • Analytisch vermogen.
  • PC : MS Office en gerelateerde producten, ITIL, TCP/IP netwerken, switches, WiFi, VMWare, Windows server -en client OS, Active Directory, GPO, Linux/ (AIX) unix
  • Talen : N/E/F
