De Werfleider is verantwoordelijk voor de dagdagelijkse organisatie en coördinatie van een aantal werven. De Werfleider staat in voor de uitvoering van werven voornamelijk in Vlaanderen.FunctieJe bepaalt in overleg met de Project Manager de algemene organisatie van de werfJe maakt de isometrische tekeningen Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de werken (materieel)Je stuurt de onderaannemers aanJe ontwikkelt en onderhoudt positieve relaties met klantenJe organiseert de kick-off veiligheidsmeetingsJe waakt over kwaliteit en veiligheidJe volgt de administratie op en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Project Manager.ProfielTechnische opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaringJe beschikt over relevante werkervaring als ploegleider of werfleider.
