RWE in de Benelux
Het zijn spannende tijden voor RWE omwille van de vele offshore wind veilingen die de komende jaren gepland staan in de BENELUX, gecombineerd met de bouw van het recent gewonnen offshore windproject "OranjeWind". RWE heeft de ambitie om haar aanwezigheid in de Benelux en in het bijzonder in het Belgische Noordzeegebied verder uit te bouwen middels de deelname aan de toekomstige veilingen voor de bouw van 3 offshore windparken in België met een totaal vermogen van 3.5 GW. En daarvoor zijn we volop bezig met het uitbouwen van een lokaal Belgisch team.
De functie
De Senior Offshore Wind Consent Manager krijgt een sleutelrol binnen de development organisatie. Je vertaalt de eisen uit de tender naar concrete acties en zorgt er voor dat elke ontwerp voldoet aan de milieutechnische voorschriften en richtlijnen . Anderzijds is het jouw rol om onze offertebeloften naar de uitvoeringsfase te begeleiden, onze specialistische teams te ondersteunen bij het begrijpen en implementeren van onze vergunnings- en wettelijke verplichtingen. Verder richt je je op het verkrijgen van vergunningen tijdens de ontwikkelingsfase, voorafgaand aan de bouw van onze windparken en voor innovaties.
Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht in energiezaken, vergunningsprocedures en het wettelijke kader. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende experts, waaronder juristen, HSE, ingenieurs, ecologen en ook met consultants, overheden en externe partners.
De Senior Wind Consent Manager werkt hoofdzakelijk in Brussel, in een jong en gemotiveerd team en werkt samen met veel internationale collega's.
Voor deze functie moet je externe vergaderingen bijwonen en af en toe (internationaal) reizen. Regelmatige verplaatsingen naar het kantoor in Utrecht vormen daar een onderdeel van.
