Summary
As a proposal or Tender Engineer you will play a key role in the preparation and submission of our innovative proposals. You will be part of an international group, supported and coached by an experienced Tender Manager. As a member of the tender department, you will be part of tender teams and will report to a Tender Manager. In this position you will collaborate with different parties and you will be the first link to our bright future

Analyze tender documentation received from potential clients and work on method selection, cost calculations and risk assessments
Perform cost engineering to optimize the proposal based on costs, risks, method, planning, sequence…
Liaise with supporting departments and – if required – also with subcontractors, suppliers, partners…
Report for both internal and external approval purposes

You have a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree
Your motivation is one of your strengths
Strong analytical thinker
You are proactive and efficient
You are fluent in English (if you know other languages that's a plus)
Interested in the marine environment and large projects, built with large equipment, in particular offshore-related

You don't mind strict deadlines
You have good PC-skills (in particular Excel)
You are flexible (Open to work mainly at our HQ, but you are open for short assignments abroad, for meetings and visits.)
