Als customer smile officer bevind je jezelf in het kloppend hart van onze onderneming als het gaat om interne en externe communicatie. Dagelijks vindt er communicatie plaats met tientallen klanten en collega's op zowel de binnen- als buitendienst. De ene klant vraagt een interventie aan, de andere heeft een vraag, ... Het is jouw taak deze contacten professioneel te behandelen.Als medewerker op de dienst Customer Service ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je bent daarbij verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen en registreren van de gestelde vragen. Je zorgt ervoor dat interventie-aanvragen juist zijn geregistreerd en zorgt er samen met de planner voor dat de technieker correct wordt ingepland. Je onderhoudt dagelijks heel wat telefonische contacten met zowel klanten als collega's in the field en Je bent de draaischijf van jouw toegewezen regio. Bijkomend sta je in voor enkele administratieve taken zoals de bestellingen van hoogtewerkers, verlofplanning techniekers... Je bent administratief sterk en nauwkeurig. Je bent klantvriendelijk en hebt een collegiale instelling. Je houdt van telefonische contacten. Je bent stressbestendig. Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en beschikt over een goede basis Frans. Je hebt de nodige PC-kennis. Een boeiende functie in het hart van de grootste serviceorganisatie binnen de sector. Een stabiele werkomgeving binnen een internationaal, beursgenoteerd bedrijf.
