In Brussels, we have our Structural and Mechatronics Engineering offices, where all our new programs begin and our workshops are equipped with modern machines that produce complex metallic assemblies for aircraft and space launchers as well as advanced Thrust Vectoring Systems for space launchers. SABCA Brussels is also the home to our "Unmanned Autonomous Systems" aka: the drones solutions unit MISSION As a Quality Controller for Surface Treatment, you are responsible for checking the conformity of treated parts in our surface treatment workshop. You ensure that all products meet the quality standards and specifications. Additionally, you contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality processes and compliance with applicable regulations. FUNCTION • Perform conformity checks on treated parts according to quality standards. • Conduct tests on parts to verify conformity. • Prepare and track rejection reports for non-conformities. • Monitor and follow up on the certification of operators. • Ensure compliance with the quality standard EN and the environmental standard ISO . • Transfer knowledge and skills to new team members to foster a continuous learning and supportive work environment. • Work in a shift system. PROFILE • Technical secondary education diploma (electromechanics) or equivalent experience. • Active knowledge of Dutch and/or French. • Basic knowledge of technical English required. • Experience in quality control is a plus.
