We are looking for a Data Architect to join our Data & Analytics team in Brussels.

Your role:

Design and Implementation of Data Architectures. Develop and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable data architectures and applications, addressing both streaming and batch processing requirements.Big Data and Cloud Solutions. Participate in Big Data initiatives with a focus on transitioning to cloud solutions, leveraging technologies like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.Agile Methodologies and Team Collaboration. Work within agile, multidisciplinary teams to conceptualize solutions, define methodologies, and apply best practices in data architecture and engineering.Development of Scalable Applications. Create and maintain scalable, reusable, and robust applications using design patterns and clear principles.

Your profile:

Experience in Data Architecture and ETL Processes: Over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing data architectures and managing ETL processes.Proficiency in Big Data Technologies: Extensive experience with Big Data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), with at least 5 years in relevant technologies.Advanced Knowledge of Databases: Over 5 years of expertise in relational, NoSQL, and graph databases.Programming Skills: Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Spark, with over 5 years of practical experience.Fluent level of French or Dutch + English.
