Senior Project Engineer

Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to manage Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI), Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE), and Factory Integration & Acceptance (FIA) processes for a major data center construction project in Belgium.PM Group is an employee owned, international project delivery firm. Responsibilities Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of owner-furnished equipmentManage vendor relationships and equipment specificationsEnsure seamless integration between owner-supplied and contractor-installed systemsLead factory acceptance testing protocols and proceduresCoordinate with manufacturers for pre-delivery testing and commissioningManage quality assurance and compliance verification processesOversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)7+ years in large-scale construction project managementMinimum 3 years in data center or critical infrastructure projectsDeep understanding of OFCI/OFE processesExperience with FIA testing and commissioningKnowledge of data center MEP systems and cooling technologiesPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification desireableFluency in English required; Dutch/French advantageousD&IInclusion and Diversity are core to our culture and values.
