Description

  • You help mitigate risks by performing due diligence (clients, third parties, etc.);
  • You assist in drafting and reviewing procurement documents, contracts and compliance policies and procedures;
  • You ensure that clauses in tender documents related to compliance, as well as general compliance policies and procedures, are and remain in compliance with legal requirements;
  • You support colleagues in training employees on specific policies, procedures and new regulations;
  • You identify and assess the impact of new or upcoming regulations;
  • You provide ad-hoc relevant compliance advice based on your research.

Profile

  • You have a degree in Law or in Legal Practice. A first work experience is a plus, but motivated starters are also welcome;
  • You can express yourself fluently in both Dutch and English;
  • You have excellent communication skills and can communicate clearly at different levels within the organization;
  • You are diplomatic and act consistently;
  • You have a proactive attitude and take initiative to complete matters within the set deadlines;
  • You are open-minded, open-minded, assertive and confident;
  • You are flexible, stress-resistant and value teamwork.
