Vos responsabilités :

  • Gestion des Approvisionnements : Vous serez l'interlocuteur principal pour la production interne en Belgique et pour les productions internationales, ainsi que pour nos fournisseurs externes.
  • Planification : Suivi des capacités des lignes de production et établissement d'un planning prioritaire sur une base journalière et hebdomadaire.
  • Relations Fournisseurs : Entretenir de bonnes relations avec les fournisseurs pour garantir le meilleur service et les meilleurs prix, tout en respectant la marge et les souhaits des clients.
  • Suivi des Accords : Veiller à ce que les accords conclus (prestations, qualité, prix, délais de livraison) soient respectés, en prenant des mesures correctives si nécessaire.
  • Évaluation des Fournisseurs : Participer à l'évaluation des fournisseurs pour assurer la qualité de nos partenariats.
  • Gestion des Flux et Stocks : Optimiser les flux et les stocks de composants en utilisant des indicateurs pour des mesures proactives.
  • Collaboration Interne : Travailler étroitement avec les Coordinateurs Internes, la Logistique et les sites de production pour satisfaire au mieux nos clients.
  • Négociation : Participer à la négociation des contrats avec les prestataires et les fournisseurs en collaboration avec la responsable des Achats.
  • Amélioration Continue : Contribuer à la recherche de solutions et être force de proposition pour améliorer nos processus.
  • Reporting : Assurer un reporting régulier des activités à votre responsable.
  • Support aux Équipes : Faire office de back-up pour les collègues en cas d'absence

Les qualités requises pour le poste :

  • Formation : Bachelier ou Master dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Expérience : Junior avec un bon état d'esprit ou 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en procurement, idéalement dans le marché privé.
  • Compétences Linguistiques : Bilingue français-anglais, niveau professionnel (EN2).
  • Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise des ERP et d'Excel (formules).
  • Qualités Personnelles : Pro-activité, curiosité et envie d'apprendre. Vous devrez être prêt à relever des défis et à travailler dans un environnement exigeant.
