Senior Manager Business Development Europe (m/w/d) Rheinmetall AG in Brüssel / Senior Manager Business Development Europe (m/w/d) Ref.-Nr.: DE11396 Anstellungsart: Vollzeit Vertragsart: Unbefristeter Vertrag WOFÜR WIR SIE SUCHEN Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Koordination von EU/NATO-Funding-Projekten im zivilen Verteidigungsbereich Fach- und divisionsübergreifende Koordination von komplexen und kurzfristigen Projekten Identifikation der für Rheinmetall wichtigen Tätigkeitsbereiche unter Bewertung von Finance und Controlling Aspekten Teilnahme und Nachbearbeitung verschiedener Veranstaltungen Akquise von Regional- und Nationalfunding in den EU Mitgliedstaaten im zivilen und Verteidigungsbereich WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches, rechtswissenschaftliches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mehrjärhige Arbeitserfahrung in den Unternehmensbereichen Business Development, Sales, Strategie, Controlling oder Ähnlichem Kenntnisse zu den wichtigsten EU/NATO- Förder- und Beschaffungsprogrammen sowie ein generelles Verständnis der Funktionsweise der EU/NATO-Institutionen wünschenswert Hohe Affinität zu Herausforderungen und zur Gestaltung von Entwicklungen im europäischen und globalen verteidigungsindustriellen Kontext Sehr gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil.
