As our new - AI Conversational Designer - you will play a crucial role in realising our AI ambitions. Your focus is on designing, building and optimising concrete AI-driven solutions. You are not just a thinker, but above all a doer who turns ideas into working technology. Think of setting up intelligent chatbots that really help, but also of automating processes with AI. You are also the technical conscience for AI initiatives. You understand their needs, translate them into feasible, technical solutions and help bring them to life. Your responsibilities: Independently set up, test and maintain solutions within an Azure environment. Provide technical support around (Gen)AI, both internally and externally. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within Partena Group. Collaborate with partners and clients in the roll-out of AI projects. Proactively think along about the strategic deployment of AI within Partena Group. Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a learning AI community within the organisation. Who are we looking for? You have an affinity for building AI chatbots - either professionally or as a private project. You have a strong technical background, ideally in a Microsoft Azure context. Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps or the Power Platform is a big advantage. You are customer-oriented and know how to convey technological concepts in an understandable way. You work independently, but also feel comfortable in a collaborative context with colleagues and external partners. You have strong technological curiosity and a willingness to learn.You are a critical thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.You are someone who dares: taking initiative, asking questions, and challenging the status quo.You are eager to help build Partena Group's AI future.
