En daarvoor hebben we jou nodigAls Product Manager ben jij de spil tussen marketing, sales en operations. Jij vertaalt onze strategie naar slimme categorieplannen en zorgt dat onze producten – van klassiekers tot nieuwe lanceringen – hun weg vinden naar de consument.Wat ga je doen?Je ontwikkelt en implementeert het categorieplan voor jouw productgroep: nieuwe producten, optimalisaties en assortimentbeheer.Je werkt nauw samen met het marketingteam en draagt bij aan sterke merkdoelstellingen.Je bent dé brug tussen sales, marketing en operations en zoekt steeds naar de juiste balans tussen strategie en uitvoering.Je denkt mee over de beste route to market: van prijsstrategie tot klantenpresentatie.Je enthousiasmeert het sales team in verschillende kanalen (retail, out-of-home, B2B).Je volgt trends en marktontwikkelingen op en vertaalt die naar concrete productideeën.Je onderbouwt beslissingen met data (marktanalyses, Nielsen, business cases) en weet deze overtuigend te presenteren.
