UCB is an international biopharmaceutical company whose main activities are the research, development and marketing of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products. It specializes in the search for therapeutic solutions for patients suffering from severe illnesses, treated by specialists, more particularly in the field of the central nervous system (including epilepsy) and inflammation (including allergies).

Role responsibilities:
Support Supply network planner work for the creation of an optimized supply plan, each month for the medium-term horizon and each week on execution. The supply plan must ensure continuous and efficient supply of finished goods (FG) products to customers, using a minimum amount of inventory to maximize efficiency targets, minimize working capital costs and conserve cash by managing stock levels.
Creation of the supply plan will involve working seamlessly with : Demand planning, Customer service, Manufacturing operations, Supply planners , E2E products planners
Transversal support on OMP, Master & transactional data management (capacity, cycle time, network), inventory reconciliation
Focus areas during the mission:
Support on Master data management in SAP and OMP within UCB (products, planning data) and manufacturing plants (cycle time, CMO capacity) Upgrade of OMP system – starting May 2024 with support in users testing support (20% of workload for involved users) Transversal support on S&OE complementary to S&OP coordination as of Q3-2024 Absorption of new commercial CMO to support launches Numerous hyper care to manageKey Impacted areas: supply continuity, network planning,
Digitalization agenda: OMP system upgrade, Master data governance, supply resilience and agility
Your Profile:
Diploma: Master degree in Supply Chain / Logistique / Engineering Fluent in French / English Background in pharma Operations and/or Planning experience Performances Driven Systems skills in SAP/OMP (or fast learner) Experience or willingness to the manufacturing operational environment Able to manage Details and complexity Clear in oral and written communication (English) Analytical mindset, KPI and Result Driven Ability to learn fast within a complex environment Rigorous person, able to go from High view to very detailed view Strong Team PlayerPlease note that the strict eligibility conditions for this program are as follows:
Be between 18 and 28 years old; Hold the nationality of a member country of the European Economic Area; Have not worked or lived in the country where the mission will take place; Be available to dedicate yourself to the mission full-time; If you have French nationality or dual nationality, be in compliance with the national service obligations of France (Numéro Identifiant Défense); Have a clean criminal record.If you do not meet all of these conditions, we will not be able to consider your application.
